Easter festivities

Dudi's favorite Easter tradition is dying eggs. Last year I only had two dozen, which obviously wasn't enough. This year I hard boiled three dozen.
Now what am I gonna do with all these eggs?
Asher and Liv didn't really have any real egg-dying gameplan. If they saw color on the egg, it was a job well done. On to the next.
Micah on the other hand labored extensively to make each egg a masterpiece.
I love those kids.
On to the egg hunt.
We usually hold one at our house, but since a friend was having one this year we headed over there.
It was great fun.

The thrill of the hunt.

Yet, time to pose for pictures.

Check out the dress I made Liv. It's my favorite new pattern. I think I will have to make her like 10 of them.
I finally picked out the serger I wanted and ordered my Christmas present from Dudi.
I am in love, with the serger...and Dudi.
I have been making Livy outfits like crazy...that's another post sometime.

We spent the rest of the day picking up candy wrappers.
A great day!

Your Easter looks so fun and beautiful weather too! I love Livy's dress! Were did you get that cute fabric. I can never find cute stuff like that here at JoAnns. We only did 3 dozen eggs like you. If you noticed in the pictures only the 6youngest kids were interested in dying them. The older ones have no interest any more - so sad.

We spent quite a bit of time picking up candy wrappers, too! Imagine that!
